Deep Forest is much more than a forest, for it is no coincidence that so many creatures have been called here to these seemingly ordinary woods. From the Wastes that surround the outer portions of the forest, through the Forest itself, towards the River and into the eves of the eerily glowing Silvertree Grove. Even within the Meadow of Peace to the Swamps at the foot of the Boundary Mountains, good and evil alike are drawn here. This forest is much more than a forest. Hidden within the land, beneath the colossal trees, lies a darkness, a Destiny, that these creatures share for good or evil. Should the past become present all shall be lost.

In the year 1000 BC a race of gifted beings were created. Humans never understood just what they were, or how they were made. Known throughout the years by many names, the beings themselves did not know how they came into existence. They did know that they were put here for a purpose, and that purpose was to help protect mankind. However, over the years, they have all found their soul mates and allowed themselves to perish. Even the infamous John Hancock has long since gone.

The year is 2075 and the earth is in grave danger. Unbeknownst to the human race, these beings have been recreated. Some to help, others to destroy. For the last thirty years, this new group has hidden in the shadows, keeping their existence a secret. But they are no longer so under the radar. Whispers of people with extraordinary gifts are now looming. Angels, they’re called. For they are beautiful to look at and deadly to deal with. Some have been spotted soaring through the sky, or lifting impossible amounts of weight. This is threatening to expose them completely.

And why not let the world know who they are? They are stronger, smarter, and faster than any human on earth. A renegade group of Angels are striking out, tired of letting such an inferior race run this planet. They have all but sucked it dry of its natural resources. The renegades want one thing, to destroy the humans. With them out of the way, they want to restore the planet to its full potential.

But, there are those who do not wish the humans any harm, and will do anything to protect them. A war is brewing among the Angels, centering in New York, America. What will happen when it finally comes to a fight? Which side will prevail, and what fate is in store for the earth when it is all over?
